Building on the momentum of our ‘Why Border’ ICA recruitment campaign, we evolved the narrative in Year 2 through a scrapbook-inspired, graphic storytelling approach. By reframing our protagonist’s journey in a visually playful and personal format, we created a world that feels native to Gen Z—raw, expressive, and full of character—designed to draw them closer to what a career protecting our border can look and feel like.
